Terms & cancellation
A starting point, not legal advice. Adapt these terms to your own practice before relying on them.
Sessions and fees
Coaching sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at the rates published on the fees page, always visible, never "on application". The 8-week Systems Reset is £440, payable up front or as 2 × £220, the same total either way. Fees are reviewed once a year, with at least a month's notice to existing clients. Payment is by bank transfer or card, within 48 hours of each session.
Cancellation
The policy is built for the brains it serves, and it tries to be fair in both directions:
- More than 24 hours' notice: no charge, and we rebook.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: the session is charged, because the hour was held for you and can rarely be refilled at short notice.
- The ADHD clause: one late cancellation per course of work is quietly waived, no explanation needed. I know exactly how ADHD and appointments get on.
- If I cancel: you'll never be charged, and you'll be offered the next available time that works for you.
The coaching itself
Coaching is a professional working relationship with a shared, practical purpose, not an open-ended subscription. We review how it's going openly, and you can pause or end the work at any time; a final session to close things properly is always worth having, but it's your call. I hold full professional indemnity insurance, trained with the ADD Coach Academy, and work under ongoing supervision.
Scope, in one line. Coaching is not clinical treatment: I don't diagnose, prescribe or treat, and the disclaimer sets this out in full. Booking a session is agreement that coaching is being engaged on that basis.
Confidentiality, in brief
What you share in sessions stays between us. Coaching is not a clinical service, but it runs on the same respect: I don't discuss clients, and written recaps go to you alone. The one exception is the standard one: if I believed you or someone else were at serious risk of harm, or where the law requires disclosure, I may need to involve other support, wherever possible with your knowledge first. I explain this plainly before we start.
