More than 24 hours' notice: no charge, we rebook. Less than that: the session is charged, because the hour was held for you. And because I know exactly how ADHD and appointments get on, one late cancellation per course of work is quietly waived. Systems should assume the brain they serve.
A few reduced-fee places are held for students, people on low incomes, and anyone whose ADHD tax has been particularly brutal this year. Ask. It's a normal question here.
