1:1 ADHD coaching
You know exactly what you should be doing. You could write the to-do list from memory, you've rewritten it often enough. The gap isn't knowledge and it isn't effort, you're working twice as hard as anyone around you just to appear normal-tired. The gap is that every system you've been handed was designed for a brain that runs on 'just do it', and yours doesn't.

Where this work takes you
Systems that hold when motivation doesn't. Clients leave with fewer, smaller routines that actually run: post that gets opened, work that starts before the panic deadline, evenings that aren't spent catching up on the day. And, quietly the bigger one, far less of the shame that was never yours to carry.
This is a good fit if
- You have an ADHD diagnosis, you're on a waiting list, or you strongly suspect and haven't decided what to do about it. All three are welcome, and nothing here requires paperwork
- You're working, self-employed or studying, and the executive-function load is eating the best hours of your day
- You want practical, specific help with real tasks, not another lecture about dopamine you've already watched at 2am
It's not the right fit if
- If what you mainly need right now is assessment, medication or mental-health treatment, that's clinical territory and I'll say so. Start with your GP, and the FAQ explains NHS right to choose
- If today is a crisis, coaching is the wrong tool for today. Samaritans are on 116 123, free, any hour
How it unfolds
-
Mapping
First session: where things jam, what you've already tried, and what worked even briefly. Every abandoned planner is data, not evidence against you. You bring the honest picture, I bring zero judgement.
-
Building
Weekly sessions, each ending with one small experiment. Never a life overhaul. We test it against a real week, then keep it, shrink it or bin it together.
-
Running
Once the systems hold, sessions space out. The goal was never coaching forever. It's you, running your own setup, with a tune-up when life changes shape.
Every session includes
- A free 20-minute call before anything is booked
- Weekly 50-minute sessions, online, cameras optional on the loud days
- A written recap after every session, so remembering it isn't another job
- Reminders before every session, built in, no apology needed

I have opened my post every day for six weeks. There's a tray by the door and everything. I cannot explain to a normal-brained person what this means.
Book a free 20-minute call
Twenty minutes, video or phone. You tell me where things keep jamming, I tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool, and you decide in your own time. No slides, no funnel, no 'spots are filling fast'.

Asked before booking
Do you only work with diagnosed ADHD?
No. Diagnosed, waiting list, self-identified: all fine. Coaching works on how your days actually run, not on a label. If you do want an assessment, that route goes through your GP, not through me.
What happens if I forget a session?
It's designed for. You get reminders before every session, and one late cancellation per course of work is quietly waived. An ADHD practice that punished ADHD would be a strange thing to build.
